Dellsons Cybersecurity Project in Collaboration with State Bank of Pakistan and Karandaaz Pakistan

Dellsons Associates, in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan and Karandaaz Pakistan, organized Cybersecurity Skills Enhancement Programs across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad for RAAST participants.

These programs aimed to enhance security within the RAAST ecosystem, empowering participants to provide better security for the overall payments’ infrastructure.
Dellsons took the leading role in planning, coordinating, and executing these training programs, working closely with stakeholders to foster open communication channels for valuable feedback.
The scope of work included designing and implementing a tailored cybersecurity training program for senior-level professionals and managers in the financial sector, aligning with the “Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management Framework for Financial Institutions” issued by the State Bank of Pakistan.
A suitable training framework was established, incorporating models such as Train-the-Trainer, to empower professionals in the industry beyond the immediate program.
The main purpose of the project was to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity, enabling them to proactively protect against cybersecurity proactively and contribute to the overall cybersecurity resilience of the financial industry.
