Workshop Overview This course of Compliance Risk Management Program. The course is first of its kind, i.e. it is designed in a way that will initially give the participants a complete understanding and working of compliance function, how does an effective compliance function work etc. The second session will thoroughly cover the regulatory framework of Pakistan for the banking industry along with the major issues and challenges faced by them. Major laws and guidelines issued by SBP, which govern banking industry of Pakistan will be discussed in detail along with their compliance mechanism. The last session will thoroughly cover the Prudential Regulations, Major circulars, GRC model and their compliance mechanisms.
